THE IMPACT OF LIFEED EXPERIENCE

This report presents data collected from the 2021 Lifeed Survey, which analysed the responses of 1,258 participants in its learning pathways.

It revealed skills and resources developed by people in their life transitions: becoming a parent, becoming a caregiver, or more generally going through a period of dramatic change, such as the pandemic and returning to the office.

The analysis of the results demonstrates the effectiveness of Life Based Learning, the method devised by Lifeed that enables people to transfer soft skills from private life to work and vice versa.

The emotions, moods, discoveries and skills developed by the learning pathway participants fit into five main areas of impact.
